From an entertainment perspective there is much to do in the local area. Whilst touring the Ring of Kerry one can visit many pubs and restaurants as well as gift and tourist stores. There is also much to do locally in terms of creative activities.

Killarney TownIn Killarney (left) and Killorglin (below) there are many opportunities for evening entertainment including pubs, restaurants, discos, cabaret, cinema, shopping, singing, irish dancing & music, and so on.

In the local area of Kingdom View Entertainment is a focal point of the Kerry way of life.The real Irish culture expressed in traditional music and song is never far away-impromptu sessions may go on well into the night.

Traditional Music in Our FamilyThe picture on the right shows some members of our family playing at the local pubs in Killorglin. For the more energetic there are a number of nightclubs in the main towns. The world renowned Kate Kearney's Cottage bar and restaurant nearby at the Gap Of Dunloe, which offers traditional music as well as a souvenir shop.In Beaufort village there are three pubs, Beaufort bar and restaurant, Sheehan's bar and restaurant and Galvins bar. All offer the finest of facilities and entertainment.Whether you are in a pub, a shop, asking for directions or simply strolling around town, local people will always make time to chat and give you a warm welcome.

Some local FishermenAside from evening entertainment there are opportunities for participating in some of the other local leisure activities, including cycling, fishing, golf, swimming, touring, hill walking and shopping.

The avid tourist can also visit some of the key visitor sites including Muckross House & Gardens, Ross Castle, Torc Waterfall, Crag Cave and Rossbeigh Beach. All of this and much more are close by and at hand to Kingdom View.
